Zonga Mobile Wi-Fi – what’s that?
Zonga Mobile Wi-Fi is the best way to use internet when traveling. Zonga creates a wireless network that can be used with up to 5 Wi-Fi enabled devices simultaneously.
Can I extend my rental period?

How and to where do I return the Zonga after my rental period?
Return method should be agreed within the rental process. Typical Zonga is returned to the rental location.
I forgot to return Zonga – what should I do?

How fast is the network connection with the Zonga?
The Zonga is connecting you to the Internet using a mobile operator network and the connection speed will vary depending on your location.
I like the Zonga – can I buy it from you?
Unfortunately you cannot. Our partner operator Cubio sells Zonga devices in Cubio Store Helsinki and Cubio Web Store.
Is it safe for me to use Zonga?
Zonga is extremely secure and matches even the tightest corporate security policies.
Can I use the Zonga outside of Finland?
No you cannot – the Zonga is able to connect you to the Internet in Finland only. Zonga Internet Abroad is available abroad.
Can I use my own SIM card in the Zonga?
No you cannot – you are not allowed to remove the SIM card from the Zonga.
Will Zonga work with my device?
Zonga with any Wi-Fi enabled device.
Where do I get assistance if I have problems with my Zonga?

My Zonga got stolen – what do I do?
In the case of theft of Zonga you should immediately contact Zonga Service Point or Zonga Customer Care +358 46 812 9755 for further instructions.
I want to return the Zonga earlier than agreed – shall I get some refund from you?
Yes. Please contact Zonga Service Point or Zonga Customer Care for further instructions.
Can I book Zonga in advance for my next trip to Finland?
Yes. Please contact Zonga Service Point or Zonga Customer Care to book the Zonga in advance.
How do I recharge the Zonga?
Zonga is charged by connecting the USB cable e.g. to your laptop or using in-car or wall charger included in different packaging.
